One service that we use alot for different projects it Graphicsriver, great templates for almost everything. I spend alot of time just browsing around there. Often I use a template there to kind of base something on.
Illustrator Templates

The Illustrator and Quark design templates were created with Adobe Illustrator 5.5 for Macintosh. Unless noted, the template is in EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) format. Most templates were created by Laura Rajsic-Lanier.
